
- Hostess paints for free.
- Hostess provides the location, tables, chairs, and coverings. Location should be a public building (community bldg, church, school, etc.) No homes.
- There must be a minimum of 10 guests (not including the hostess) and a maximum of 25. Allow 3 hours to complete the painting.
- Guests will register and prepay online to reserve their spot (private link will be provided) Guests that register/pay and are not able to attend the day of will receive a DIY kit to complete their project. This will include the cutout, pieces, lettering, paints, etc. This will be left with the hostess. 30-45 minutes will be needed prior to the party to set up.
- Cost per guest is $40, all supplies provided.
- Please make sure that ample electrical outlets are available for hair dryers.
- There is a $100 cancellation fee for parties canceled less than a month away from the party. In an emergency situation, the hostess can reschedule.
- Parties scheduled on weekdays will have a start time no later than 4 PM. Saturday parties can have a start time of either 9 or 10 AM.
